How to see the Festival from the inside?

This was the question that prompted us to challenge the artistic teams of the 2025 Alkantara Festival to capture their favourite moments – spontaneously and without scripts – using analogue cameras distributed as they set foot on Lisbon’s cobblestones.

The briefing was simple: photographing without rules. The result was even better: a mosaic of experiences revealing the community and daring, the presence and celebration that we lived through during those days.
