Ovite is a dancer who is always spinning, wherever there is music he is there. He has well-defined goals, which are evident in his way of being. But a strange event, a mixture of mystery and confusion, crosses his path and takes his life. Even in death, Ovite doesn't rest, he returns in spirit to fight the one who killed him. But it's a fight that brings together two narratives, voice acting and body movement, which in turn produce texts. Ovite's spirit, fighting with Mavinga, the man who killed him, is a brilliant revenge for him. He wants to transform his murderer into what he was, a dancer. The fight goes on until there is harmony in the dance, between the living and the dead, Ovite only wants to rest after he has fulfilled his revenge.

Mavinga exclaims, "I don't want to die, my life doesn't belong to you. Let me live, spirit of evil. This duality between the living and the dead, the spirit and the non-spirit, is always present in the scenic space. This performance makes us question our knowledge of what exists and what doesn't, and to what extent we are alive.

Cinzas do Vulto is a performance that presents a dimension of artistic research and experimentation. It values the processes that integrate new methodologies, presented on stage as innovative practices of dramaturgical development and knowledge.
