
Vasco Seromenho
Vasco Rodrigues Marreiros Seromenho (Portimão, 8 April 2000) is an actor and Deaf artist, currently studying for a degree in Theatre at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema in Amadora (2024). His passion lies in the art of acting, with a particular focus on physical theatre, a practice he began in 2017, at the age of 16, with Janela Aberta Teatro (JAT), under the guidance of Diana Bernedo and Miguel Martins Pessoa, with whom he trained for six years. He has taken part in various workshops in circus, clowning and other disciplines, and has been involved in several productions, including *Asas de Papel* (2019) and *As Bodas de Prata do Conde Baldinski* (2019).
He has also worked with Terra Amarela on *Ricardo III* (2023), directed by Marco Paiva and presented at Teatro Nacional D. Maria II; *Quis Saber Quem Sou* (2024), directed by Pedro Penim; and *Mudar* (2025), directed by Marco Paiva. He is currently working on *96 Decibéis*, a Terra Amarela and Teatrao production directed by Marco Paiva. He is committed to artistic creation with a strong physical and emotional expression, with a focus on establishing his place within the contemporary theatre landscape.
