CAPRA - or how to say hello to fear is a performance based on an ancient pagan tradition from Romanian and Moldovan collective memory - the New Year's goat. A ritual that buries the old year to welcome the new one - always in celebration.
A story that challenges the limits of reality by reinventing this tradition. Four women try to overcome their greatest fears by confronting the entity Frica. What lies beyond our fears?
Open Studio sessions are informal presentations at Espaço Alkantara, of works in progress during the artist residencies, with a format of the artistic team's choice. All Open Studio sessions are free of charge.
