The Penumbrário is a deck of oracle cards conceived by Matéria Leve and Lu Chieregati. It is a listening tool designed to approach creative processes that understand lighting as a living, active, and performative matter. In this session, the deck is activated through a collective practice that articulates play, intuition, and perception. Through instructions, gestures, and small relational activations, light is investigated not as a technical resource, but as an agent that moves, guides, and transforms our perception of the present. Situated between the oracular and the performative, this practice opens a space for listening and experimentation where light becomes a relational and processual material.
