Practise com Ayara Hernández

In this session, I will share a sensory-motor immersion device developed as part of my practice-based research, LLEGAMOS (APENAS) TARDE: Intersections and displacements between proprioceptive, audiovisual, and temporal images in itinerant scenic practices.

The proposal explores poetic intersections and tensions between the live and the recorded, the material and the digital, the real and the fictional, and the synchronous and the asynchronous. It employs audiovisual imagery to trigger ghostly sensory, somatic, and spatio-temporal experiences.

During the encounter, we will collectively construct and activate the device within the public realm.

— Ayara Hernández
